2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• You will provide complete and accurate content for editing.
• You hold the rights or permissions to all materials you send.
• Your content does not violate copyright, privacy, or any applicable laws.
• You are responsible for backing up your original files.

3. Content Submission

• All podcast files must be submitted through the approved upload methods provided by Evolved Podcast.
• Once submitted, our team will begin processing your content based on the selected plan.
• Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, package, and complexity.

4. Ownership & Rights

• You retain full ownership of your original podcast content.
• Evolved Podcast owns the rights to any assets we create (such as thumbnails or templates) unless otherwise stated; however, you are granted full usage rights for your podcast.
• We may request permission to showcase your podcast work in our portfolio. This will only be done with your approval.

5. Payment & Billing

• Payment terms depend on the plan or package you choose.
• All fees must be paid in accordance with the selected subscription or service agreement.
• Failure to make payments may result in delays or service suspension.

6. Revisions

• Revisions are meant to adjust existing edits, not request a new full edit.
