Evolved Podcast provides digital, creative, and customized services that begin after you submit your podcast files. Because each project is tailored specifically to your content, refunds may be limited.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You have not yet submitted any podcast files for editing.
• No work has begun on your project.

Once editing, thumbnail creation, sound correction, or color correction has started, refunds may not be available.

3. Completed Work

Due to the personalized nature of our services, completed or delivered work cannot be refunded. However, we do offer revisions based on the guidelines of your selected plan.

4. Revisions

• Each plan includes a set number of revisions.
• Revisions can correct or adjust existing edits.
• Requests that require a full re‑edit or new creative direction may require additional fees.

5. Subscription Plans

If you are subscribed to a monthly plan:

• You may cancel at any time.
• The cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.

6. File Issues

If there is a problem originating from your submitted files (corruption, missing footage, unusable audio, etc.),- We will notify you immediately.

• Refunds are not issued for delays caused by faulty submissions.

7. Mistakes on Our End

If we fail to deliver the services promised in your plan:

• We will correct the issue at no extra cost.
• In rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be considered.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

• Your name
• Email used during purchase
• Order or subscription details
• Reason for the request

All refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
